Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. USPS Media Mail shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. USPS Priority Mail and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping are available, however, please note that these options do not account for order processing time.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Until your order has gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact admin@rabbidaniellapin.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Please do not ship anything back to us until you have received instructions to do so.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective or damaged we’ll make it right by:

  • Replacing the product or
  • Issuing a refund
  • If we ask you to return the product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please do not ship back a defective or mistaken product until you have received directions from us.

Standard Return Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery, according to the following terms:

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • The product must be in new or unused condition. We inspect all returned items.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, didn’t like the typeset, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it elsewhere, etc.
  • Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

How to Return an Item

Send an email to admin@rabbidaniellapin.com. Include your name and the order number in the subject line. Indicate the reason for your return/refund request.

For damaged items:

  • If there is damage to the item, please include pictures of the damage. Do not throw out original packaging unless directed by a staff member. Please do not ship back a defective or mistaken product until you have received directions from us.

For all other items:

  • All items should be unused and in brand new condition.
  • All items should be packed well to avoid damage.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the items returned. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
  • Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
  • Failure to follow these conditions may result in a reduced refund.
