Our Crew
We are continually grateful to have Crystol in our lives and if you’ve ever interacted with her you’ll understand why she is such a blessing to us. She plays an essential role in managing the day-to-day operations of our ministry and wears many hats. Crystol oversees customer service, product fulfillment, inventory, and sales; plans and schedules interviews and events; as well as recruiting, supervising and training additional help. Most importantly she works directly with us to execute our vision of making ancient Jewish wisdom available to everyone.
Jessica has worked with our team since 2018 and her duties have evolved over time. Her current focus is on the development and implementation of new online courses, e-books, and other special projects developed by Rabbi Daniel and Susan Lapin.
Rebecca Masinter
Course Instructor / Practical Parenting Author
Rebecca, and her husband Max, are the parents of six wonderful children and are passionate about parenting. As a homeschool mom for many years as well as being a classroom teacher and curriculum coordinator for local schools, Rebecca is tuned into the challenges and opportunities facing parents today. Like her parents (Rabbi Daniel & Susan Lapin), Rebecca believes that true wisdom for all humanity originates in the Torah, the Five Books of Moses. She founded and runs Mother’s Guidance, a website and blog devoted to helping parents tap into their innate potential to raise their children with wisdom and confidence. After receiving great feedback for co-authoring many of our Practical Parenting articles, we are thrilled to welcome her to the We Happy Warriors team.
Ellen joined us in 2022, and brings so many skills and talents to the team. Ellen is the main point of contact for all of our We Happy Warriors members, works with the team to monitor and facilitate timely correspondence with our members and supporters, while ensuring that product orders are accurately fulfilled. She also happily assists with media projects and other administrative tasks to help advance the overall mission of the ministry.
Leah plays a crucial role in our marketing efforts, ensuring our message reaches and resonates with our community. She manages the creation of social media content, facilitates discussions and engagement within the Happy Warrior community, and coordinates podcast efforts. Leah also designs our marketing content, arranges for podcast appearances and interview requests, and contributes to the overall growth of our online presence. Her dedication helps bring Rabbi Daniel Lapin’s teachings to a wider audience, both online and within our community.
